Frequently Asked Questions

Right after you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email. That means we have received your order and are coordinating with our printers to get your design delivered as soon as possible. We use local NWA printers for some of our products. If we receive your order by Sunday, they will be printed the following Friday. We want to keep a good working relationship with them to honor their print time and workload, so we've worked out this schedule. Then, we pick them up, package your goodies, and will ship them to you. Generally speaking, it will take up to 10 days for your order to process and then ship. Keep in mind that we are a small business that is eco-conscious with our products, processing, and shipping. Because we print each custom order, things will take a little longer, but we believe they are worth the wait. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns about any order you have placed with GEO.

Each item is designed and mocked up for you on the website. We do not have a physical stock of these products to cut down on our expenses, overstock, and our value of eco-conscious choices. We believe this will benefit the customer and the company alike to get what they’d like when they order without excess. This also gives us the opportunity to work with local and eco-conscious printers to hand-select each product to house our designs. We want to practice what we preach in shopping small, supporting local, and minimizing excess. 

For accessories and pet items, no. Items are sent to the printer after you checkout. For apparel, there may be a short window where you can change or cancel the order, but there are no guarantees. If you have a problem, reach out to shopgeoco@gmail.com

No. At this time, we only ship to the Continental United States.

Most items take 7-14 days to print before they are ready to ship. 

We use Stripe to process online payments. All major credit/debit cards are accepted, as well as Apple and Google Pay.

Tracking codes will be sent via email once an order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship at separate times. If this is the case, you will receive multiple emails with each package’s tracking info.

We do not accept any exchanges or returns as all sales are final, as outlined in our return policy. All sizes are standard, and sizing details are laid out in the description. The main reason we do not accept returns is that our products are specially printed each time an order is placed for that specific piece. We do this to cut down on waste and overstock, as we consider ourselves an eco-friendly shop. If there are any unforeseen printing issues or damage to your product upon arrival, please let us know, and we will help!
